Lifetime Warranty

EXONAUTE warrants that Jewelry, Watch Cases and bands are free from manufacturing defects and are functional as intended for the lifespan of the product. Your Lifetime Warranty will include Replacement Parts in the event of failure of mechanical components.

NOTE THAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE FOLLOWINGS:

1- to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse or other external cause.

2- to damage caused by operating the Product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other published guidelines.

3- to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of EXONAUTE or an EXONAUTE authorized Service Provider.

4- to defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product.
